A Thanksgiving tradition!
Mashed Potatoes
Active Time: 15 minutes Total Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients
- 4 pounds potatoes, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons chopped chives
Instructions
boil the potatoes in large pot with salt, for about 20 minutes, until tender. Drain well.
In the meantime, heat heavy cream and butter in small saucepan. Combine with the potatoes and mash with fork or potato masher. Mix with chives, salt, and pepper.
